BE'IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as oontained
in Off-Street Parking Application No. 67-6, Contract Noa 1022, is hereby approved
eub~ect to and upon co;apletion of performance of the contract for such Off Street
Parking as hereinafter authorized.
2, That the proposed Off-Str®et Parking contract for tt~e improvement of said
Off-Street Parking, bearing Contract No. 1.022,~be given Clerks File No. 7602 ,
be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign .said Contrast and the
Clerk be anthorized to seal. the same for and on behalf of this City.e
3. That r®sponsibility for the prep®r upke~ and maintenance of said off>
street parki~ag lot she1.1 remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot
Operator in accordance with Ordinance Noo 2.09.
