BE'IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
7.® That the proposed geometric layout of the OffaStreet Parking as contained
in Off~Street Parking Application No..67-5, Contract No. 102i~., is hereby approved
sub3ect to and upon completion of performance"of the Contract for such off®street
parking as hereinafter authorized `
2m That the proposed Off~Street Parking Contract for the improvement •of said
off®street parking, bearing Contract Noo 102J~, be given Clerk's File No. ,
be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the
Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3® That the Off~treet JParking Operator9s Bond for performance of the conditions
of said Off®street Parking Contract, in the amount $8,600000 on which the Travelers
Insurance Coo, Hartford, Conno, appears as Surety, is hereby approvedo
~.. That respons~.bility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off®street
Parking. Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off®Street Parking Lot Operator
