BE' IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of .Richfield, Minnesota, as follows

1. That it is hereby determined that the bid of Arcon Construction Company, Inc.,
t~7ora, I~i.nnesota, is the lowest bid by a responsible bidder for the construction of City
~'ro~ect No. 5l~7, and
2. That the bid of Arcon Construction Company, Inc, for the construction of the
above referenced project, on a unit price basis at the price contained in their proposal
of April 3rd, 1967, with an estimated construction cost of $106x957,92, is hereby
accepted.
3. That the proposed Contract between Arcon Construction Company, Inc. and the
City of Richfield be given ClerkBS File No. and be placed on file, That said
proposed contract for the construction of said City Project is hereby approved and
adopted and the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and clirected to execute said
contract for and on behalf of the City of Richfield and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to affix the City seal theretoo
4. That payments to be made under the terms of said contract shall be charged
against the Construction Fund.
5. That the Corporate Surety Bond in the aura of the estimated contract price which
accompanies said proposed contract is hereby accepted and approvede
6o That the City Clerk is authorized and directed to return the security documents
to the unsuccessful bidders upon the execution of said proposed contract.
