WHEREAS the City Council of the C3.ty of Richfielda Hennepin Countye Minnesota
has received from the -County ,Auditor- of H~rulepin Cauntya Minnesotae ~, List of lands
in said city which became the property o~ the state of Minnesota under the provis®
ions of law declaring the forfeiture df lands to the State for non p~.yment of taxess
which. said list has been designated as Classification List ~@6li,7.®Cto~ dated I'ebruary 7a
1967 and
WHEREAS each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classi®
Pied by the Board of County Commissionex^s of Hennepin Countye Minnesotan as non
conservation land and the sale thereof'ha~ heretofore been authorized by said Board

NOGT THEREFORE BE 1'P RESOLVED by said City Councils acting puirs~ant to Minnesota
Statutes for 19578 Section 28~oOle Subdo 18-that the said classification by said
Board of County Commissioners of eaoh parcel. o~ land described in said list as non®
conservation land be and the same ~ie hereby approved and that the sale of eaoh. such
parcel of land be and the same is ~iereby approved®
