'WHEREAS, by Resolution Noo 3760, passed by the~Gity Council on the 9th
day of January, 1967, a preliminary report by the City Engineer was so ordered9 and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Noo 37719 passed by the City Council on the
13th day of February, 1967, the Preliminary Report so ordered was r®ceived, and
a public hearing on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 27th day
of February9 1967, and
~WHEREAS9 by Resolution Noe 37?79 passed by the City Council on the 27th day of
Februarys 1967, the City Engineer was so ordered to prepare plans and specifics-~
Lions for grading, pairing,-concretb curb and gutter anal appurtenances thereto
fog City Pro3ect Noo 5179 as -outlined in said Resolution Noe 3760 and has presented
such plans and specifications to the Council for approvals
NOW THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesotan
to That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerks File

2e That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the ity Manager on e

and that such bids w311 be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award
