BE IT RL+~OLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as followsa
1~ That the proposed geometric layout of Off~Street Parking ae contained
in Off®Street Parking Application Noy 67m1, is hereby approved sub3ect to and
upon completion of performance of the contract for such Off~S-treat Parking as
hereinafter authorized
2:, That the proposed OffmStreet Parking contract for the improvement of
saa.d OffmStreet Parking area, bearing Contract Noq 1019, be given Clerks File
No :, , be placed on file and that the Mayor and Manager be authorized
to seal the same for and on behalf of this City,.
3: That responsibility for the proper upkeep and mainten~ce of said Offm
Street Parking Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off®Street Parking Lot
Operator in accordance with Ordinance No. 2?09 :.
