RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COLLAZERAI, PLE DGEA BY SUMMIT
STATB BANK
BE IT RESOLVED by the city eouncii of the City of Richfield as
follows z
1. That the council. accept and approve additionar collateral
in the amount of $100,000.00 pledged by the Summit State
Bank as represented by custodian receipt on file.
2. That the Director of Pinance be authorized to do all
things nedessary to effect this collateral as security
against deposits at the Summit S fate Bank.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 23rd day of
January9 1967.
