WHEREAS, Resolution Ncs® 3079 provided for the sale of• $1,700,OOQ General.
Obligat~.on Bonds of 1963 and levied taxes for the repayment
there®f .
WHBREAB, It appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem ta~c
levies to the extent that such reduction is possible by reason
of transfers from the water operating fund, and
WHEREAS, Such transfers shall be charged to the Water Operating Fund.
NOW THEREFORB, BB IT RESOLVBD by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as followsa •
1. The transfer and appropriation of $108,400.00 from the
-Water Operating Pund to the General Obligation Water Bflnds
of 1963 Pund is hereby authorized and directedo
2. The 1966 ad valorem tax levy in said Resolution No. 30?9 in
the amount_of $108,400000, collectible in 1967, levied to
pay principal .and interest obligations of the General Obliga-
tion'Water Bonds of 1963 Pund is hereby cancelled.
3.. A copy of this resolution shall be sent to the County Auditnro
Passed by the council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of October, 1966.
