RESOLUTION AUZHORIZII~G TRANSFER FROM WATER OPERATING FU1VD
Tb I'MFROVEMBNT BOND5 OF 1965 FUND AND REDUCING CERTAIN AD
VALOREM TAX LBVIES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3~F42 provided for the sale pf $2,000,000 Improve-
went Bonds of 1965 and levied taxes for the repayment thereof
WHERPAS, It appears desirable to cancelor reduce such ad valorem tax
levies to the extent ths,t. such reduction is possible by reason
®f transfers from the water operating fund, and
WHERBAS, Such transfers shall be charged tca the Water Operating Fund.
NOW THEREFORE, B8 IT RESOL~tED by the city council of the City of Richfield
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The transfer and appropriation of $39,b97.00 from the Watex
Clperating Fund to .the Improvement bonds of 1965 Fund is
hereby authorized and ,directed.
2. The 1966 ad valorem tax levy in said Resolution No. .3442 in
the amount of $172,600.00, collectible in _1967, levied to pay
principal and interest obligations of the Improvement Bonds
pf 1965 Fund is hereby reduced to ' ,@' ,$®O.-

3. A copy of this resolution shall be sent to the County Auditor.
