1966-3683r~~® RESOLUTION N0. 3~3 RESOLUTION AI~IPTING ASSESSMENT ON CITY PROJECT NO. 520 BS I'P RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richf field, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The.t the_city clerk has, with the assistance of the city engineer, calculated the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of City Pro3ect No. 520; o®nsisting of the Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program fflr the yea-r 1965, ,against every assessable lot, p3.ece, and p~.rcei of land specially benefited thereby in accordance-with the. provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the city clerk for more than 15 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open t~- public inspection at aii times during said period. 2; That notice has been du iy published and.a public hearing heretofore duly held as .required by law sp tha t .this counci 1 cau id meet and pass up+sn the proposed assessment. 3. That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their ©b3ections, if any to such proposed assessment or t® any item thereof at said public hearing. 4, That the city council has heretofore duly established City Pro3ect N©. 520 and after carefully considering aii the facts, the benefits to each 1®t, piece, or parcel of land, and fully advising itself in the premises, has f®und and determined and hereby declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in said proposed assessment r®11 was improved by reason of the construction of said City., Pro3ect No, 520. and ham been and is specially benefited in~the amount set out in said proposed assessment roll opposite each such lot, piece, or parcel of land. 5o the proposed-total assessment in the amount of X116,869,96 is hereby affirmed, adopted, .and conf firmed, and the sums fixed and named in said pr®posed assessment are affirmed, adopted, and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said iota, pieces, or parcels of ].and respectively, and said aunt so set out is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein describedo 6. Said sssessmen t so affirmed, adopted, and confirmed shah be certified by the citq clerk and filed in his office, and shah thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for said 1965 Annual Street Improvement and ©iling Program, city Pro3ec~ Nop 5200 `7; The amount assessed against each lot, pica, nr parcel of land shall bear in® terest frmm the date here®f until the same has-been paid at the rate of 0% per annum, 80 That such assessment shall be payable in one annual installment payable on the first day of January to be collected with taxes collectible during the said. qe ar by the County Auditor .
