RESOLUTION DESIGNATING USE OF PROCEEDS OF CONIDEMNATION
AWARD..eDONALDSON PARK
WfDNiEAS, the State of Mir®sota ihst3.tuted condemna~3on proceedings to
acquire a..portion of Donaldson Park in th® vicinity of Highway 35w and 75th
Street9 and
WHEREAS, the-tract of ],and so acquired consisted of .07 acres. for right-
of-way, which tract of land is 3n the.N~ of the NEB of the SW~ of Section 339
Township 289 Range 2tta and
WHEREAS, axi .appraised compensation for the taking of such tract was the 2
~ ~-
sum of $2600.009 which sum has now. b.®en received..by _the City from the State ~

of Minnesota, and ~
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize the use of such proceeds, and
'NkIERF~S, there is nartv a water lateral assessme~ against Donaldson Park
which is unpaid;
NOWT TEIEREP'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
as followas
1. $2938l~.00 of the proceeds of said condemnation award sha11 be applied
toward the payment of the u~aid water .latera]. assessment aga3.nst Donaldson
Fark.
2. The remainder of such.$2,600.00, being the sum of $216.009 shall be
transferred to the Special Revenue Fund of the City.
