NOW TIB;RBF~JRE9 EE IT RBSOLYBD by the city council of the City of Richfield
as foliow~a •
1. The costs of the construction of ornamental lighting on
Eynd~i~ Ave, from 74th St. to 77~ St.~to be specially
ass~s~d is hereby declared to be $27p529o37a and there-
fore that sum will be assessed against the property bene-
fited thereby,
~~. That said assessment shall run for a period of 20 years,
3Q The city clerYc shall forthwith calculate the proper amount-
to be speciail~r assessed for such improvement against everq
assessable lots pieces or parcel of land affected without re-
gard to cash valuations as provided by iawq and he shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspections
4. The cier& shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessmento
