Curb and gut-ter on 6Sth St. from Nicollet Ave. to Rae Drive.
Curb and gutter on Graham Ave. from 65th St. to 66th St.
Curb and butter on Rae Drive from 65th St: to 66th St._
'WHEREAS', city share. of costs have been paid in the sum of $31,510.94.
NOV~'THBRBPORE, BB IT RBSOLVBD by the city council of the Citq of Richfield
as foilowss
1a. That the cost of curb and gutter an Lyndale Ave. from 74th St. to
77~ ffit. to be specially assessed is hereby declared to_be at least

assessed against privately owx-ed.property benefited thereby.
1b. The cost of curb and guttet on 65th St. from Nicollet Ave. to Rae
Drive on Graham Ave, and Rae Drive from 65th St. to 66tYi St. to be
specially~ass~essed is hereby declared to be at least 20%. of-the
-total cost or $11,783.14, and therefore this sum will be assessed
against privately owned property benefited thereby.
2, That said assessment shall run for a period of ten yearso
3. The city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lotq piece,
or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed._assesa-
ment in his off ire for public inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completian.of_such proposed
