day of August, 1954, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Construction, Citq
Pro,~ect No. 224, and

NQW 71iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as followss
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 12th._day of Septem-
ber,_1966, in the council chambers. of the-City Hail at

7:],5 P.M. to pass. upon such proposed ass~ssmentand at
-such time and place ail.persons owning property- affected
by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby-directed to cau se a.not~.ce of the

hearing on the proposed assessment to be pubiish~d twice
in the official newspaper at least two weeks prio>• to the
hearing,
and. he shall state in the notice the total sup-
piementai assessment of the improvement in the amount of
$302.00.
