of August, 1964, the city clerk was. directed to prepare a proposed ass~ess;-
ment of the cost of Water Lateral Construction, City Pro3ect No. 465, and
NOW THEREFORE, BS IT RB5OLVBD by the city council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: .
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 12 th day of Septem-
_ber, ._1966, in the council chambers of the City Hall at
7:15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment-and at
such time and place ail persons owning property affected
by such improvement will be given an opportunitq to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2. T,'he city clerk is hereby` directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice
_in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior. to the
.hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total suppie-
men tal assessment of the improvement in the amourrt of $237.00.
Passed by the city councii of the City of Richfield this 8th day of August,
1966.
