RESOLUTION INVOKING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 10
OF THE B~'~LAWS OF THE CITY COUNCTT~.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc3.l.'~ of the City of Richfielde Minnesota9
as follows
1, Acting. pursuant to the. provisions. of Section 10 of the By~Laws of
the City Council. of the City of Richfielde this Council herewith invokes the
provisions of said Seotion 10 relating to attendance at council moetings and
' the imposition of penalties for absences from such meetingsd
20 For each. unexcused absence from a regular or special meeting of the
Councile each member thereof sha7.l be penalized by a fine of $258 .provided
that such penalty shah, not be applicable for the first three such absence
during the caler~ar year 1660
3, The procedure for announcing ahsencas and for ruling on the necessity
for absences shall. be as set out in such Section l0 of the By~Laws of this
Counc~,o
