1966-3602r~® RESOLUTION 'NO.. 3602 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC RECORDS WHEREAS, M.S.A. 465.63 authorizes t$e destruction o~ certain city records more than seven years old, and Wl~REAS, The city clerk is required to keep the foliow~.ng records: ~1) A minute book noting therein all proceedings of the council, (2) An ordinance b~k .in .which he shall record at length all ordinances passed by the council. ~3~ A finance book in which. he shall enter al,l the money transac- tions of the city including the d~.tes and amounts of all receipts and the person from whom the money was received, and of all orders drawn upon the treasurer with their payees and objects. T+!~REAS, A list of records is hereby presented to the council with a request that the destruction be approved by the council. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Richfield, Minnesota: 1.
