M9x~neso'ta, has received from the Hennepin County Z~and Department a list of
lands 3.n the city wh3.ch became the property of the State of N[~.nxiesota under
the provisions of law dec7~aring the forfeiture of land to the state for non-
pay~ent of taxee~ ~rhich list has been designated as i~~lassificat3,on: Non-
~onservatimn ~L3.st ~~638-~puy and
WT~ERF~S, each of the parcels of land described 3.n said list have hereto-
fore been classified by-the Board of County Comm3.ssioners of Hennepin County,
P~iranesota, as non-conservation land and. the sale then®of k~as heretofore been
arathorized by said Board of 'County 'Comomissioners;
NOW Tf~'ftEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theCity Council of the ~Ci~y of Richfield,
acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 28.01, Sabdivision 1, that the
classification by said Board of 'Commissioners of Hennepin Co~n.ty, Minnesota,
of each parcel of-land described in said list as non-conservation land be and
the same is hereby approved and the sale of each such parcel of land be and
the same is hereby approved.
