IN THE VICINITY OF RICHFIELD~7A,KE, TQ THE STATE OF

BB IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richf ieid, Minnesota,
as foilows:o
i4 It is hereby determined that the following described
lots, which were conveyed to the Village of Richf ieid
by the Commissioner of Taxation, are no longer needed for municipal
purposes
Lots. 12, 13, 14 and 15, Hiock 2, Ray's Lynnhurst
Addition,
2a The city mayor and manager are hereby.at~thorized and
directed to execute a reconveyance of such lots to the
Commissioner of Taxationa
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 14th day of
