BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,

Minnesota, as follows:
1. Resolution No. 3546 passed by the council on i~ecember 13,
1965, entitled 94A Resolution Establishing Position Classes and
Setting the Annual Schedule of Pay and Compensation Rates for
City Employees Under the Personnel Merit System Ordinance°' is
hereby amended in the following respect:
The following language is hereby deleted therefrom:
°'698.00 New Position Captain Police°"
and the following language shall be substituted in lieu thereof:
°°b`T4.00 New Position Administrative Officer
(Lieutenants Police°''
