1, A proposed agreement between the City of Richfield, and the County
of Hennepin entitled "Agreement-Between the County of Hennepin and City of
Richfield Relating to Traffic Control Signals" is hereby given Clerkis File

2a It is hereby determined to be necessary and desirable for the City
of Richfield to enter into such agreement with the County of Hennepin; such
agreement is hereby approved; and the mayor and manager are hereby author-
ized and. directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of the City of
