RESOLUTION TRANSPERRING PUNDS PROM RESERVE FOR AUTHORIZED
IMPROVEMENP ACCOUNT TO APPROPRIATIONS POR CURRENT BUDGET
OF THE GENERAL FUND
WHBRB~S, certain funds had been held in the 1964 budget reserve for
authorized improvement account, and
9VH8REAS, these funds result in actual revenues exceeding estimated
revenues of the 1965 budget, and

WHEREAS, it is hereby deemed necessary to appropriate such funds for
current payment of contract for deed, and other current
improvements,
NONt THBREFORE, be it_.resoived bq the city council of the City of
Richfield as follows:
l0 The amount of $19,945012 is hereby transferred from
Reserve for Authorized Improvement Account0
2. That the said amount is hereby appropriated to the
1965 budget.
30 That the manager and director of finance are hereby
authorized and directed to bring into effect the provim
lions of this resolution.
