RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECONVEYANCE OF PORTIONS OF
FORFEITED LANDS TO STATE OF MINNESOTA
TrJHEREAS~ the property hereinafter described was transferred to the Village
of Richfield pursuant to Minnesota Statutesy Section 282,01, Subdivision 1, as
trustee under Minnesota Statutes, Section 281,25' and
WHEt~EAS, the City of Richfield, successor of the Village of Richfield,
has entered into an agreement to convey such lands to the County of Hennepin
for highway right-of-way purposes9 and
TrJXHEREAS, the County of Hennepin has requested that the city reconvey such
lands to the State of Minnesota in order to perfect title to such highway rightm
of-way in the County of Hennepin
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Hennepin County' Minnesota, as follows:
The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute
instruments of reconveyance to the State of Minnesota of the following
described properties in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesotay

. The North 135 feet of the West 1/2 of the Nw 1/1~ of the NE 1/la.
of the NW 1/~., Section 26, Townsh3.p 28y Range 2~.,
That part of the -East 3/4 of the North 1/2 of the Nw 1/la. of
the NW 1/It of Section 26, Township 28, Range 24 'lying Northerly
of the following described line: commencing at a point 33 ft.
East of the West line of said Section and 190 ft. South of the
North line thereof, thence Northeasterly in a straight line to
a point !~ltl ft. East of the West line of said Section and 135
ft. South of the North line thereof, thence East parallel with
~• the North line of said Section a distance of 1500 ft. and there
terminating.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 25th
day of October, 1965.
