SAID CONTRACT AND THE CLERK BE AUTHORIZED TO SEAL THE SAME FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THIS CJTY.
3. THAT THE OFF-STREET PARKINQ OPERATORtS BOND FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE
COND1T10N5 OF SAID OFF•STREET PARKINQ CONTRACTS IN THE AMOUNT OF FOUR
THOUSAND ($4000.00) DOLLARS ON WHICH THE UNITED STATES FIDELITY AND
GUARANTY COMP'ANY~ OF BALTIMORE MARYLAND APPEARS AS SURETY 13 HEREBY APPROVED.
4. THAT RE9PON31BILITY FOR THE PROPER UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF SAID
OFF-STREET PARKINQ LOT SHALL REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CFF•STREET
