RESOLUTION CERTLFYING UNPAID WATER SERVICE CfIARGES`

TAXES ON SAID PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, Ordinance {t2.17 establishes rules, rates and charges for water
service in the City of Richfield, and
WHEREPiS, Minnesota Stat~xtes 444.075, Subd.. 3 provides that all delinquent
water service charges not paid may be certif ied to the County
Auditor with the taxes against such property, and shall be,coi..
lected with other taxes on such property, and
WHEREAS, An assessment roll has been prepared specifying the amounts which
shall be certified against each particular property,
NOW THEREFORE, B8 iT RRS(1TVPfl sy the council of the City of Richfield, that
1. There is-hereby determined to be a total uncollected amount
of $1,756,67.
2. That such amount is hereby certif ied to the County Auditor
for collection with other taxes on said properties.
3. That a cony of this resolution shall be sent to the Henne-
pin Cotmty Auditor.
Passed by the council of the City of Richfield this 27th daq of September,
1965.
