RESOLUTION CERTIFYING UNPAID SEINER SERVICE CHARGSer:
TO THE COUNTY AUT~ITUR TO BE COLLFCTBD WITH OTHER

WHEREAS, Ordinance #2.07 establishes rules, rates and charges for sanitary
sewer service in the City of Richfield, and
WHEREAS, Section 11 thereof provides that ail sewer service charges not
paid within sixty (60) days after due may be certif ied to the
Co~.inty A,actitor with the taxes against such property, and shallt
be collected with other taxes on such property, and
WHEREAS, An assessment roll has been prepared spec if ying the amounts which
shall be certified ar~ainst each particular property,
NONT THEREFORE, AR TT RF.mTVEI~ By the council of the City of Richf laid, that
1. There is hereby determined to be a~total uncollected amount
of ~5, .1.94.24.
2. That such amount is hereby certif ied to the County Auditor
for collection with other taxes on said properties.
3. That a copy of .,this resolution shall be sent to the Hennepin
County Auditor.
