R2HBRBA5, by Resolution No. 3463, passed by the council on the 2nd day of
August, 1965, the city clerk was directed to prepare a. proposed assessment
toll of the cost of street grading, City Pro,~ect No. 514, and
OItFIERBAS, the city clerk ,has, notified the council that such proposed assess.-
ment has Been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
N0~ THEREFORE; BE IT RB50LVED bq the city council of the City of Richf ield,
Minnesota, as f oilows: `
`1. A public hearing shall be he id on the 11th day of Octo-
ber, 1965 , in the council chambers of the Richf ie ld City
Hail, at 7:15 P.Me to pass upon such proposed assessment,
and at such time and place, all persons owning property..
affected by such improvement will be given~an~opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement..
2. The city.cierk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on .the proposed assessment to be published twice in
the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to..the hear-
ing, fnd he,shali state in .the notice the total assessable
cost, of the'~improVement in the amount of $3652.94,
