RBSOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SBPTSMBER 27, 1965, .ON
PROPOSED ASS°BSSMENT FOR STREET LIGHTING CONSTRUCTION,
CITY PROJECT NO. 508, 508A
WHEREAS, by Resolution No;;~~~ , passed by the council on the 9th day of
August, 1965, the city elerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roil of the cost of street lighting construction, City Project No. 508 and
508E~, and
WI~RBAS', the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess
went has been completed and filed in his off ice for public inspection.
NO@J THEREPCitB, BE IT RBSbLVBD by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 27th day of September,
1965, in the council chambers of the Richf ieid City Hali at
7;15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at_such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement wili.be given an oppostunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement.
2. T~-e city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in
the `official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hear-
ing, and he shall state in the notice the total assessable
cost of the improvement in the amount of $38,093.77.
