INHER8+4S, the following construction was performed during the year 1964:
Street Lighting - Lyndale Ave., 62~ St. to Lake Shore Drive
PtiHERBAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of '$36,802.30., and
tt~IERBE~~! other costs incurred are $1,291.43.
NC@~'~THBRBFORE, BE IT RESOLV,~D,by the city council of the City of R~,chfield
as follower
1. The costs of the construction of street lighting on Lyndale
Ave. -from (~2~ .St! to Lake Shore Tirive, to be specially assessed
is hereby declared to be $38,093.77 and therefore that sum
will be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of 20 years.
3. The city.cierlc shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed. for such improvement against every
assessable lot, puce, or parcel of land affected without re-
gard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file
a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
