RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 2?, 1965, ON
PROPOSBD ASSESSMENT FOR CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUCTION,
CITY PROJBCT NO. 480
WHBREA$, by Resolution ltg~~~ pas.:ed by the council on the 9th day of
August, 1965, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roil of the cost of curb construction, City Pro3ect No. 480, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notif led the council that such proposed
assessanent has been completed and filed in his off ice for public inspec-
tion.
NOgP THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as f o liowsr:
1. A public hearing shalt be held on the 27th day of September,
1965, in the council chambers of ,the Richfield City Hall
at 7:15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and place ail persons .owning property affected by
such improvement will be given an opportunitq to be heard
with reference to such improveme rit.
2. The-city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in
the official. newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hear-
ing, and he shall state in the notice the total assess~bie
cost of the improvement in the amount of $16,287.51.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 9th day of August,
1965.
