Curb and gutter on Lyndale Avenue from 62nd fat. to Lake Shore Drive..
~1HEREAS, city share of costs have been paid in the sum of $1'7,373..08.

as foilowss
1. That the cost of curb anal gutter on Lyndale Avenue from 62nd St.
to Lake Shore Drive to be speciaisy assessed is hereby declared
to be at least 20% of total cost or $1b,287.51, and therefore
thus sum will be assessed against privately owned property bene-
fited thereby.
2. That said assessments shall run for a period of ten years..
3. The city clerk shall. forthwith calculate the .proper amount.to be-
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece,
or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as
provided bq law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assess-
ment in his office for public inspection.
4, The clerk shall notifq the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richf ieid this 9th day of
August, 1965.
