RBSOLUTION AAOFTING A58BBSM:BNT ON CITY PRO,jBCT N0. 504
BS IT RB,~LVBD by the city council of the City of Richf field, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as f oilows:
1. That the city clerk has, with the ass:istarice .of-the city engineer, caicu-
lated the proper amounts to be assessed for -the coYistxuction of City Project No.
504; consisting of the Annual Street Improvement aid.. Oiling.Program for the year
1964, against every ass~ess~abie lot,. piece,..asad._parcei: of Land specialty benefited
thereby in accordance wifih__the provis.ions..of..law, and-the. proposed assaessment so
made up was filed with the city clerk for more than_15 days-prior to the asses~-
ment hearing and was open to public inspection. a.t.-a11_.times daring said period.
2. That notice has been duly published and a..pubiic hearing- heretofore duly held
aa~ required by law so that this council could.. meet and: pass--upon the proposed assess:-
ment . _ ...
3. That an opportunity has.. been given to all interested persons to present their
ob;~ections, if any to such proposed assessment. or. to any item thereof at said
pubs is hearing . .~
4. That the city council has heretofore duly established pity Pro,~ct No. S04
and after carefulPy considering all the facts, the benef fits to each lot, piece,
or parcel of land, and fuly advising itse]f in the premises, has found and deter-
mined and hereby declares that each .and every lot, piece, or parcel of~land included
in said proposed assessment roil was improved by reason. of the construion of said
City Project No. 504. and has been and is_sp.ecial.iy benef ited in the amount set
out in said proposed assessmem~ roil opposite each such lot, piece, or parcel of
land.
5. The proposed total assessment in the amount oF~-$116n$6~o~,~. is hereby affirmed,
adopted, and conf firmed, and the sums.. fixed .and .named.- in..sa~.d -proposed assessment are
affirmed, adopted, and conf firmed as the proper .special .. assessmen t for each of said
lots, pieces, or parcels of land respectively', and said amount so set out is hereby
levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels. of land therein
described.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted, and conf firmed shall be certif ied;by the
city clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be and constitute the
special assessment for said 1964 Annual Street Improveme nt and Qiling Program,
City Project No. 504.
7. The amount assessed against each lot, piece,.o.r parcel of land shall bear in-
terest from the date hereof until the same..has_ been paid at -the rate of 09'a per annumo

the first day of January to be collected with. taxes._colle.ctibie during the said
