RESOI;UTION AU~iORIZING A$SESSMBNT Ta CORRECT OMISSIONS ON
ASSBSSMENT FOR SANITARY S.BAtER LA,TBRAL NO. 308
WHEREAS, It is hereby determined that the following parcel is in the area
which was assessed for benefit received from construction of sanitary sewer
lateral, Village Project No, 308, and
WHEREAS, Said parcel is described by plat and parcel as follows
Plat 4S36S, Parcel 9601

WHEREAS, This parcel has inadvertently been omitted from being speciallq
assessed for sanitary sewer lateral, and
WHEREAS, It is hereby determined that such parcel has and_is being benefited
by sanitary sewer lateral, Village Project No. 308, and
WHEREAS, It is hereby determined that the above parcel is to be assessed in an
amount equal to the benef its received bq other parcels in sanitary sewer later-
al, Village Project No. 308, for the remaining period of nine years, and
WHBRBAS, The first installment shall be due and payable in the year 1966, to
be collected with other taxes and special assessments.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council.of the City of Richfield,
Minnesotas
1, That the total assessment be in the amount of $328.16,
2. That the city clerk prepared an assessment roll-showing the
amount assessed against this parcel of land above which should
have been and is hereby assessed.
3. That said assessment roil shall be certif led to the county audi-.
for so that such assessments can be collected in the same manner
as other special assessments,
