RESOLt1TI0N AU7~iO$.IZING ASSESSMENT Z10 CORRECT OMISSIONS ON
ASSESSMENT FOR WATER ~.A,T., CITY PROJECT NO. 465
WHEREAS, It is .hereby determined that the f oliowing parcels are in the area
which was assessed for benefit received from construction of water-lateral
#`5, Village Project No. 4b5; and '
WHEREAFS., Said parcel is described by plat and parcel as follows
Plat 45880, Parcel 3460 ~ i~
Plat 46350, Parcel iL5 .~::~ ~` `
WHBRB~IS, These parcels have inadvertently been omitted from being special Sy
ass~s~ed for water lateral, and
WHEREAS, It 3s hereby determined that such parcels ,.have and are being bene-
fited by water 3~t~ construction, Village Project No. 465, and
WHEREAS, It is hereby determined that the above parcels are to be assessed in
an amount equal to the benef its received by nthex parcels in water lateral,
Village Project No. 465, for the remaining pexiod_.of nineteen years, and
WHEREAS, The f 3xst installment shall. be due and payable in the year 196~f, to
be collected with other taxes and special assessments.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEp, by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesotan
1. That the total assessment be in the amount of ~<43~b.50.
2. That the city clerk prepared an ass~essmen t roll showing
the amount assessed against these parcels of land above
which should have been and is hereby assessed.
3. ..That said assessment roil shall be certif led to the county
~a.uditor so that such assessments can be collected in the
same manner as other special assessments.
