RUTION AUTHORIZING LER9E OF CITY PROPERTY TO
ROBERT C. REDHTCK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as

1. A pr®posed lease of the north 10-feet of the following described
tract of lands to~wits
The West 468.68 feet of the east X93.68 feet of
that part of the south 20 acres of the north 30
aer®s of the northwest qusz~ter of the southwest
gaarter Sying south of the north 4 feet thereof
of Section 34, Township 28, Range 24
to Robert C. Raddick is hereby given Clerks F31e No. and
ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined that the premises described in said lease
are het presently needed for municipal purposes and that such
premises will-not be needed fora tern of ten (10) years.
3. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient for the
city to lease such premises to Robert C. Reddick for use in
connection with a mobile home park and such proposed lease is hereby
approved. The mayor and manager are h®reby authorized and directed to
ex®cute such le~® for and on behalf of the city.
4, All rental sums received .under the provisions of such lease
shall be paid into the General Fund.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield Minnesota, this
2nd day of August, 1965.
