U~ffiREAS, by Resolution No.3467 passed by the council on the 2nd day of August, 1965, the city clerk was directed to~prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the assessment roil, City Project Nos. 511 and 511., and WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council. that such proposed ass~ss~- ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NO~f THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVBD by the city council of the City of Richf field, Minnesota, as f oilows: 1. A public hearing shall be held. on the 13th day of September, 1965, in_the council chambers of the Richfield City Ha11 at ?:15 P.M. to pass. upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place ail persons owning proper ty affected by such improvement will be given an ©pportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement. 2. The City clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hear- ing, and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $i51Q.86 for City Project No. 511. and $775.27 for City Project No. 511 A.
