WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $2824.76 for City Project
No. 51S and $1152.80 for City Froject No. 511-,A.
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are: $617.39 for City Project No. 511 and $146.04
for City Project No. 511-~..
NOW THBREPORE, BE IT REBOLVBD by the city council of the city of Richf field as
f oilows ;
1. That the cost of storm sewer construction, City Project No. 511 in the
aforementioned area, to be specially assessed. is hereby declared to be $1510.86,
and therefore this sum will be assessed against the property benef ited thereby.
2. That the cost of storm sewer cons truction, City Project No. 511 in the
aforementioned area, to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $775.27,
and therefore this sum will be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
3. The city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be speci-
ally assessed for~such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel
of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he
shall f lie a copy of such proposed assessment in his off ice for public inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
a~ assessment.
