RESOLUTION NO. 3466
RESOLUTION CALLING HEP~RIl~ ON SEPTEMBER 13, 1965, ON
PROPOSED ASS'BSSMENT FOR SANITARY SBadER LATERAL, CITY
PROJECT NO. 515
WHEREAS', by Resolution No. 3465 ,passed by the council on the 2nd day of
August'-1965,- the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll of the cost of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Construction, City Project No.
515, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council-that such proposed ass~ess~
ment has been completed and filed in his off ice for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT R$SOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1, A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day. of September, 1965,
in the council chambers of the Richf laid City Haii at 7:15 P.M. to pass?
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and piac.e all persons owning
proper ty affected by such improvement wi 11 be given an opportunitq to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hear-
ing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official news-
paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $579.50.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richf field this 2nd day of
August, 1965.
