WHBRSAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1964:
Sanitary Sewer Lateral on Emerson Ave. - 73rd St. to 210 feet
north: of 73rd Street.
WHEREAS', contract costs have been paid in the sum of $3040.80, and
WHERBAs~`, other costs incurred are $148.12.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Richf ieid
as follows:
1. The costs of the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral on Emerson
Ave. from 73rd St. 210 f t. north of ?3rd St., to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $579.50 and therefore that sum will be assess~:d against
the property benefited thereby.
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of twenty years.
3. The city clerk shall forthwith caiculate~the proper amount to be
specially asses~d for such improvement against every asses:satb~l.e lot, piece,
or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his off ice for
.public inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
