1965-3464r~~® RESOLUTION NO. 3464 RE~LUTION CALLING HBARII~ ON SEPTEMBER 13, 1965, ON PR0POS8D ASSi3SSMENT FOR STREET GRADING, CITY PROJECT N©. 514 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3463 , passed by the council on the 2nd day of August, 1965, the city clerk was directed to-prepare a proposed assessment roll of the cost of street grading, City Project No..514, and WHERBAS, the citq clerk has notified the couric3.1 that such proposed assess- ment has been completed and filed in his off ice for public inspection. NO~+f THBREFORE, BS TT RE~LVED by the city council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows.: 1. A Pub lic hearing shat L be held on the 13th day of September, 1965, in the council chambers of the Richf field City T~a11, a,t 7':15 P,M. to pass upon such proposed assessment, and at such time and place, all persons own- in~g property affected by such improvement will be given an oppostunity to be heard with reference to such improvement, 2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause:a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $3652.94.
