RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS' TO BB ASASESS'ED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF' PROPCICED ASSE$51~Nr ROLL FOR CITY PROJECT
N0. 514
WHEREAS, the following construction was performed. during the year 1964:
Street Grading,-City Project No. 514
South side of 76th St. from 18th Ave. to Cedar Ave.
4YHERBAg, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $3094.60.
WHBRFAS, other costs incurred are $558.34..
NOW THEREFORB, BB IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richf field
as follows:
1. That the cost of street grading on the south side of 76th St.
from 18th Ave. to Cedar Ave. to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $3652.94, and therefore-this sum will be assessed
against the property benef ited thereby.
2. The city clerk shall forthwith calcu late the proper amount to be
specially assessed for such improvement against every assess~.ble
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash val-
uation, as provided bq law, and he shall file a copy of such pro-
posed assessment in his off ice for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.
