RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 9, 1965, ON PROF~BD
ASSESSMENT POR 1964, ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILING
PROGRAM, CITX PROJECT NO. 504'
DVHBREAS, by Resolution No, 3454 passed by the council on the 12th day of
Jaly, 1965, the city clerk was directed to prepare.a proposed assessment of
..the-.cost of the 1964 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, City
Fro,ject No. 504, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOWT THEREPORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing. shall be held on the 9th day of August, 1965,
in the council chambers of the Richfield City Ha11 at ?:15 o'clock to pass
aeon such proposed assessment and at such time and piece ail persons_owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the off iciai newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the
total cost of the improvement to be assessed will be $116,796.32.
