RESOLUTION DBCIARINC COTS TO BE A5SBSSBD AND ORDERING
PRBPARATION OF PROP(iSBD AS5BSSMBNT FOR CITY PROJECT 1~?. 504
'WHBRBAS, the city council has heretof ore ordered work done by day labor for
-the improvement of all streets and alleys in the city of Richf ieid known as
City Project No. 504, 1964 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, and
WHEREAS, the net_cost of construction of City Project No. 504 has been deter-
mined to be $x16;457.99, and of this cost the City of Richf ield,~eti11 pay ,
$40,684.59 as its'share of the cost including its share as a property der,
and
WHBRBAtS, it has been determined that there is a total of 834,255.8 assessable
front feet against which the foregoing costs shall be assessed.
NOW THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richf ieid
as foilowsr
1. That the cost of City Project No. 504 to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $116,796.32.
2. That the assessable front feet against which such costs shall be
assessed is hereby declared to be 834,255.8.
3. .That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared to b e
fourteen cents (0.14).
4. That the city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for City Project No. 504 against each lot, piece and
parcel of land within the Citq of Richf ieid affected, without regard of cash
valuation, as provided by law.
S. The city clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment,
file a copy there of in his office for public inspection, and shall notify the
city council.
