RBSOLUTION NO. 3453
RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AIrGUST 9, 1965 ON PROPOSED
SUPPLBMBNZAL ASSESSMENT FQR SANITARX SEWBR LATBRAL CONSTRUC-
TION, CITY PROJECT NO. 308
WHBREAS~, by Resolution No. ?75 passed by the council on the 11th day
of Juiy, 1955,_the city cierk_~as directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Construction, City Pro3ect No. 308,
and
NQN THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as foliowss
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 9th day of August,
1965, in the council. chambers of the City Hall at 7:15
P.M, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning .property affected by
such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to b e published
twice in the official newspaper at least. two weeks prior
to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total
supplemental assessment of -.the improvement in the amount
of $328.16.
