RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING- ON AUGUST 9, 1965 ON PROPOSED
SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSI~NT FOR WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION,
CITY PROJECT N0, 441
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3090 passed by the council on the 26th day
of August, 1963, the viila.ge clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment of the cost of Water Main Constructian~ City Prp3ect No. 441, and
NONi THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows o
1. A public hearing shall be held~on the 9th day of August,
1965, in the council chambers of the City Hall at 7x15
P.M. to pass upon a proposed supplemental assessment and
at such time and place ail persons owning property affected
bq such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such ixnprovemento

2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published
twice in the official newspapers at least two weeks prior.
to the. hearing, and .he shall state in the notice the total
supplemental assessment of the improvement in the amount
of $2070,00,
