RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO MAKE
APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD FOR CERTAIN
FEDERAL FINANCIE:L 4SSISTANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield Minnesota,
as followst
1. Leo J. Jolly, City Director of Public Worka~ is hereby authorized
and directed to prepare, execute, and file for and in behalf of the City
of Richf field, a public entity established under the laws of the State of
Minnesota, an application for the purpose oP obta~ n3.ng federal financial
assistance under the Federal Disaster Act, and he is hereby designated as
the authorized representative of the City of Richfield for all purposes in
connection with the making of such application.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield Minnesota, this
24th day of Mays 1965.
