RESOLUTION~ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Richfield,
that the Streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal
State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter

NOW.THEREFO_~,E,.BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield-that the~Streets descrik~ed:as follows, to wit:
65th Street - from Graham Avenue to Rae
Drive - 255 feet
Rae Drive - from 65th Street to 66th
Street - 438 feet
Total - 0.13 Miles
be and hereby are established, located,, and designated as Municipal State
Aid Streets by said City, subject to approval of the Commissioner of
Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorised and
directed to forward two certified copies of this Resolution to the Comm®
is.sioner of Highways for his consideration, and that-upon his approval of
the designation of-said Streets or portions thereof, that same be con®
strutted, improved and maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets of the
City of Richfield, to be numbered and known as Municipal State-Aid Street
Nos.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 22nd day of
March, 1965.
