WHEREAS'9 each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been
,classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County9 Minnesota9
as nonmconse~vation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized
by said Board of County Coamnissionerss
NOW THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED by said City Council9 acting pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes for 19579 'Section 282.019 Subd. 19 that the said c]~assifi-
cation by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described
