RESOLUTIOIJ~ AUTHORIZING APPLICATION B'$' CITY FOR
CONVEYANCE Og TA$ FORFEITED LAND.
BE IT RESOL~TED by the City Coanca,l 'of the City of Ri c'hf ield~ Iiennepin
County' Minnesota, as followst
1. It is hereby dstormined to be necessary and._expedient for the public
healthy safety conveniences prosperity and general welfare to acquire
for park purposes the following described property in the City of Richfield
County* of Hennepin, State of Minnesota' to-wit s
I,et S~ Block 9~ Gi~a.~d Parkview, according to the plat thereof
oi~ file and of record in ~ the' office of the Register of 19eeds in
and for said Hennepin County Minnesota.
2. Such land being tax-forfeited lands the Mayor and. Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to x~,ke application to the State of Minnesotan
department of Taxation and to the County of Hennepin for the transfer of such
tax-forfeited property to the City of Richfield for park purposes pursuant to
the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 282.01.
