ante with the terms of this resolutions ..
2, The tract of land which shall be the subject of this permission 3,s deso
cribed as follows
Four existing ball fields in Lincoln Field except 90Q x 2~)~4 ixi
SE corner. -
Two existing ball. fields. in Monroe Fields.

use of the area above described.9 but shall constitute permission on a priority basis
in consideration of the 3.mprovements of said property to be made by the Richfield

ations they may be used by other groups and ox°g,zations within the pity of

P~., The permission herein granted shall be subject to an agx^eement in wx^iting
by the Richfield American Little Leagues Inco that it w3.11 conform to the following
regulationsg
Ae The permission granted is for the use of said premises for athletic
playing fields for the youth of the city together with incidental
fac~.7.ities and roadways for the construction and location upon sa~,d
premises of a Little League size baseball diamonds together with tr~r-~
ary struct4ares such as backstops portable stands and benches portabl®
dugouts removable concession stands removable 'boundary fences suit-
able for advertising placards or signs which may be affixed thereto
Be Said premises shall be used by the Richfield American Little League
Incp solely for baseball events of that organizations including practice
- sessionso
Ce All income incidental to said use of the premises including admission
charges or contributions$ parking fees concession stand operations
s.dvertising revenues etcos sha11 be devoted solely to the promotion of
athletic events for youtho
De All improvements to be made upon said premises shall be in accordance
with the plans to be submitted t® and approved by the City Manages of
the City of'Richfields

E, All construction shy, be perform®d without any oha~^ge made by the
.Richfield American Little Leagues Inc. against 'the City of Richfield
and the Riehf~.eld American Little Leagues Inc. sha11 hold and Sarre
harmless the City of Richfield from `any and all claims9 liens or
liability which may arise from the cor~struetion hereinbefore mentioned
and from-claims for labor or material involved in the improvement of
the above described premises, .All structures shall be removable and
shall be removed et the termination of-this permissions

all kinds,
G, The Richfield. American Little Leagues Incp shall obey aray ordinances

harmless the City. of Richfield from liability or claai~. of liability from
whatever cause of loss damage or injury to persons or property on a~>r
about the demised premises by reason of or in connection with the
activities of the Richfield American Little Leagues Ince and the city
shall. not be liable to-the Richfield American Little Leaguer Ince to ark'
extent nor w1.11 any said organization make any claim against the City
of Richfield for ®r on account of loss or damage to said premises or the
im~prorrements f aeilities or structures then®on. Th® per~+aission granted
shall nat be assignable to air other party w3.thout the express consent
of the city council of the City of Richfieldo
